How the auction works

Browse the donations

Each item has its own opening and closing time, minimum bid, and collection options. You can browse without an account.

Register before bidding

Create an account and confirm your email. Review an item’s details before submitting a bid. Bidding will become available when the platform is ready and auctions are published.

Follow the closing time

Some auctions may extend when a bid arrives close to the end. The item’s current closing time and rules will be shown on its page.

Collect your winning item

Winners will receive payment and pickup or shipping instructions. Availability and any shipping cost are specific to each item.

Check pickup and shipping before bidding

Items marked pickup only cannot be shipped. Shipping is available only when the listing says so. Pickup dates, hours, and the location will be shared once confirmed by the event team.

We’re preparing for the first event

Payment instructions and the final policy for buyer-paid shipping and applicable payment fees will be published before real-money bidding opens. The current Sample Item is a no-payment demonstration.
